Picture My Life Program

I am not sure if you are familiar with our Picture My Life Scrapbooking Program or not, but I thought I would tell you a little about it.  Here is our Babycakes Picture My Life.  It contains 1 12 x 12 cover page layout, 10 12 x 12 page protectors, 44 - 4 x 6 cards and 78 - 3 x 4 cards.  That is 122 cards!!  You simply take your pictures slide them into the page protectors, slide the cards in, journal and you are done!  

We have have 8 different kits to choose from.  I did some of my Costa Rica pictures using our Skylark kit.  LOVE IT!  I did one day of our trip in just 30 minutes using this system!  WOW!  This would have taken me so long to get done!

And I couldn't just leave them for scrapbooking...Here are some cards I made (with help from my friend Julie).  They turned out so cute!  So remember, you can use these cards how they were intended, or as embellishments in your classic scrapbooking, tags on gifts or even cards!  Love that these are so versatile!

Celebrate Life Layout

It seems like we always scrapbook the events and not the everyday moments.  So this layout was designed to celebrate and scrapbook those everyday moments.  You know the ones that will be lost forever if you don't document them.

Make sure you remember those moments too!  

Some of those are more special then the vacations we take.  

I used our Ivy Lane Paper pack on this layout.

Happy Birthday Card

Ok...so I didn't plan it this way...but it worked out PERFECT!  Today is my birthday and here is a cute birthday card!  LOL  I made it for a swap a couple months ago and haven't taken a picture to put it on my blog yet...so it is only appropriate to post it today!

I used our Skylark paper pack to make this and our Originals How To Book.  I also used my FAVORITE balloon stamp and Cricut shape from our Artiste Cartridge.  You got it.  The Cricut cuts out the balloon, then I stamped and colored it!  How fun it that!!

So, in honor of my birthday...go eat a piece of cake today, and then get stamping!

Camping Cards

Do you love the outdoors?  I do!  And I have fallen in love with this stamp set!  AND, I LOVE the paper pack too!  The paper pack is Close to my Heart's paper pack called Timberline.  LOVE IT!  It is my Favorite!!!

 For the card above, I used a stamp set called Camper Crazy (C1578 $13.95) LOVE IT!  I am going to use it with my (some day future) RV.  LOL  Glad I have the stamp set now!  

On these cards, I also used the Timberline Assortment (Z3005 $5.95) they are the little wooden pieces you see on the first card.  I also used Bakers Twine - Neutral Metallic Assortment (Z1921 $5.95)

And this card I really like.  I sent it to my father in law who is very special to us.  I also used the Aqua Dots (Z1853 $3.95) on this one and our Keyboard Kraft Alphabet stickers (Z1825 $5.95)  along with our Marquee Alphabet stamp set (E1029 $29.95)

Add Stitching to Your Scrapbook Layouts

Sometimes you just want to add some extra details to your layouts.  Not all the time, but sometimes.  Here is a great video that shows you how to add stitching to your layouts.  Check it out.


I love how they added the stitches as the string to the kite!  I think I just might need to scrap LIFT this layouts!!

Layout 2 (the mustard color) is really not that mustard looking in real life!  Not sure why the picture took that way.  But they are cute layouts.
